Marion Atukunda
Director General
Marion Atukunda brings onboard over 16 years of leadership and working experience with Public and Not for Profit sectors promoting Good Governance and Economic Development. She has previously worked with Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment, Uganda Revenue Authority and Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority in Research and Strategy.
Marion is a Development Statistician with a bias in Strategy Management, Resource Mobilization, Pension Sector Development, Financial Inclusion, Public Finance Management, Performance Management, Project Management, and International Trade Law and Policy Analysis.
MSc International Trade Policy and Trade Law, Lund University; MA Economic Policy and Planning; Bachelor of Statistics, Makerere University.

Strategy, trade and institutional development expert with over 15 years' experience advising governments, the private sector, and development partners across Africa. He specialises in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, institutional reform, trade facilitation, and domestic revenue mobilisation, delivering practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen institutions and improve business competitiveness.

Director, Finance and Administration
Quality Assurance and Client Experience professional at Uganda Revenue Authority, specializing in service excellence, quality monitoring, and digital transformation. She leverages data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, improve organizational performance, and drive impactful public sector transformation.

Diana Namanda
Director, ICT and Digital Services
Graphic and UI/UX Designer operating at the intersection of impactful visual design and robust digital security. She specializes in transforming complex workflows into intuitive, high-fidelity digital experiences and cohesive corporate brand identities, blending creative storytelling with user-centric design principles to deliver visuals that are both compelling and seamless. As an (ISC)2 Member with a Certified in Cybersecurity credential, she approaches product design with a security-first mindset while actively integrating advanced AI workflows to optimize design efficiency, accelerate prototyping, and stay ahead of emerging technology trends.

Dr. Edrine Mutebi

A Financial Economist and International Trade Policy and Law Specialist with expertise in Econometric and Statistical Modelling, Computational Analysis, Mathematical Programming, and Trade Policy Analysis with strong sound consulting knowledge on the operations of the World Trade Organization and all the Trade laws gained through 12 years experience in Fiscal Management and International Public Policy in Developing Economies, underpinned by an excellent academic background in Applied Economics, Trade Policy and Mathematical Statistics, with a commercial awareness developed through extensive Economic, Business and Financial Research and Analysis, and the ability to drive deep analytical insights and solutions around data to provide quick decisions. I am a key expert in Project and Program management with professional experience in Research and data science.
